Unfiltered anger and angst is no way to lead a nation, and no way to make America great.

Stop letting political spin doctors and content creators, who are masters of manipulation, think for you. America will be stronger and more united when we learn to identify the difference between fiction and truth.

The Christian church today would do well to dispel the use of Isaiah's plea as a mission of hate. DHS is definitely not spreading the peaceful, loving, forgiving word of God.

The SAVE Act will purge millions of eligible voters from the voter rolls by adding even more restrictions and barriers to American voters.

There was no room for them- The ones that came after. They took up too much space and were not Enough.

Diseases like measles, polio, smallpox, and tuberculosis still exist, and we need to vaccinate our children (and even ourselves again if necessary) to avoid multiple deadly outbreaks.

Americans need the understanding and technologies that comprehensive scientific research projects produce and that robust health agencies provide.

Congress must do its homework! Our elected representatives are tasked with voting in our best interests and not in the interests of a tantrum-throwing president whose only goal is to make his cronies, his family, and himself wealthier than we could ever dream of being. 

Years ago, people would wear “What Would Jesus Do” (WWJD) bracelets. Today, many Christians have traded their bracelets for MAGA hats and are following the opposite doctrine. Instead of love, they choose dominance over and disregard for the weak; hatred of anyone different from themselves; the pursuit of greed and power, and disrespect for the earth. 

His childhood stories were legend, lore in the family’s mental archives. The summers he had spent in body casts and polio wards, isolated from sunshine and other un-broken children and the years that had imprinted a grown-up sadness on such a little boy, held a place in her psyche as well.

Chuck had an irrational hatred for the neighbors, despite knowing almost nothing about them. He was a sucker for a conspiracy theory and was sure that whenever anything went missing or when he couldn’t find a tool, etc. (which happened a lot -- Chuck was not very careful with his tools), that someone had taken it. He loved to blame others for his screw-ups.

I guess I’ve thought of hope as a positive, uplifting sort of thing. Like: “We can all hope for a better future,” or “All hope is not lost.” Well. Hope lies.

f the last 100 days have shown us anything, it’s that an unchecked president can cause devastating damage to Americans and their families in a very short time. 

When our country’s leader rashly censors government-funded, reliable information sources, we should all be alarmed.
